FedEx Ground (Continental US, 7 - 10 days) : $15
FedEx Express Saver (3 days): $20
FedEx Express(2 day): $40
Expedited orders must be received by 12pm PST to ship out the same day.
International Shipping varies with location. Shipping fees and duties will be calculated as of the date of sale. Please note that all International Orders will be considered “Final Sale” (see below). No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted.
Please note: a customer signature is required for all orders unless otherwise requested. LIB WILL ONLY FULFILL ORDERS WITH MATCHING BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION; Orders may only be shipped to their billing address.
All Sale items are FINAL SALE. "Final Sale" items cannot be exchanged, returned or price-adjusted due to limited quantities. For domestic shipments, you will be contacted by e-mail with a FedEx tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or freight forwarders.
Deliveries require a signature unless requested otherwise.
As a precaution and courtesy to our customers, we can only fulfill orders with matching Billing and Shipping information; you may only ship to your billing address.
LIB reserves the right to decline an order if invalid billing and/or shipping information is given.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within twenty (20) days for a full refund, less shipping costs. To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment you must observe the following:
1. All merchandise must be returned within twenty (20) days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in new/unused condition with ALL tickets/tags attached.
3. All returns must have a Return Number, which can be generated on ilovelibertine.com as set out below.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM
To create a return, log onto your Libertine.com account. If you checked out as a guest, you may access your order details using your order number and email. Access your Order History and click “CREATE A RETURN.” Select the item(s) you wish to return and your return reason, and a Return Number will be generated for you. Please document your name and Return Number on the packing slip and include it with your merchandise. Using your preferred carrier, send your product back to:

We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference. Please allow up to two weeks after the return is received for your refund or exchange to be processed.
If you are purchasing within the state of California a 9% Sale’s tax will automatically be added to deliveries.
California state sales tax – 6.25%
Los Angeles County sales tax – 0.25%
Special tax – 2.50%
Combined Sales Tax = 9.0%
